President: Jordan Sadlier

Jordan is a fourth year Political Science major at the University of California, Los Angeles. He was born and raised in Orange County, CA and has always gravitated towards conservative ideals. Due to his continuing love for politics, Jordan can be seen around campus debating people from all ends of the political spectrum on a variety of our most polarizing topics. However, when he is not discussing politics, you will likely see Jordan either playing sports, shooting guns, or doing other American activities. He is very excited to serve as this years President and is eager to see what the future holds for Bruin Republicans!

Vice President: Tyler Fowlkes

Tyler is a fourth year political science major specializing in American government. He was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and currently lives in San Bernardino county. Tyler enjoys a range of hobbies, when he’s not studying political science or economics you can find him out camping riding his dirt bike, playing spikeball, or participating in other various sports. Tyler found his way to conservatism from his beliefs of  fiscal responsibility, and believes with the skills he has learned he can make a positive impact in governance. Tyler has decided to dedicate his career to a life of public service, hoping to one day act as a representative for his district.

Financial Director: Charlotte Santomero

Charlotte is in her third year at UCLA majoring in History with a focus on the Near and Middle East. Originally from New York, she has always been of the conservative mindset. She joined Bruin Republicans to ensure the continuation of free speech on a traditionally liberal campus. Charlotte has worked multiple internships including California Students for Marco Rubio, as well as the Hudson Institute. She looks forward to continuing her support of freedom and small government.

Issues Director: Terrence White

Terence White is a 4th year Political Science major and Middle Eastern Studies minor. A Los Angeles native and Marine Corps veteran, Terence aims to facilitate discussion and debate so that all parties might have their opinion strengthened through civil discourse and criticism. After graduation, he aspires to continue his service of the United States in both a political and national defense capacity.

Administrative Director: Victoria Miller

Victoria Miller is currently a 2nd year Pre-Political Science major at UCLA. She was raised in Palm Desert, California. Victoria is honored and so excited to be lucky enough to serve as the Administrative Director of the Bruin Republicans for the 2017-2018 school year. She is also the Co-Editor of The Bruin Standard, a moderate to right-leaning school publication, and a writer for PragerU. Victoria found her way to conservatism by accidentally following Ben Shapiro on twitter. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, and exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Outreach Director: Michael Lesgart

Michael is a second year Neuroscience major at the University of California, Los Angeles.  Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, he grew up in a conservative, Christian household where political discussions regularly took place.  As a first-generation American and Latino, Michael appreciates the value of hard work and the American dream.  Aside from following and debating politics, he enjoys attending UCLA sporting events, practicing Taekwondo as a black belt, and traveling with his family.  Though politics may be one of his passions, Michael plans on attending medical school and specializing in neurosurgery.

Events Director: Ben Sachrison

Ben Sachrison is a second year political science major, with a concentration in American Politics. He was born and raised in San Diego, California. He is a proud libertarian, with his beliefs stemming from the ideas of individual responsibility and liberty. Aside from his passion for politics, Ben enjoys running, hiking and climbing, and spending time with friends. He is self proclaimed movie aficionado and can throw a mean strike at the bowling alley. Ben is excited to serve as this year’s Events Director and has high hopes for the Club’s future success.

Social Media Director: Emma Bock

Emma Bock was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. A former raging leftist, she saw the light after listening to speeches by various political experts such as Ben Shapiro, Dennis Prager, Greg Gutfeld and more. She is currently a senior, studies Political Science at UCLA, and will probably graduate with crushed dreams and no real world skills. Her goal is to be the practicing Jewish version of Dave Rubin mixed with Dana Loesch, but until then, PragerU is where she hones her creative writing skills.
